Having adhered to a single-product management model for close to two decades, Red Bull finds itself lagging in the development of comprehensive systems, particularly as the market transitions towards product diversification. With FanRuan's robust custom data reporting functionality, the platform empowers the group to deliver more comprehensive and insightful reports tailored to the needs of mid-to-senior management.
Built upon the FanRuan data decision-making platform, the group has developed an SFA (Sales Force Automation) data platform. This innovative tool empowers decision-makers to analyze business personnel visits comprehensively, facilitating informed decisions based on metrics such as visit completion rate and order quantity.
The platform's drill-down functionality enables management to access detailed sales, inventory, and other data from various sales units and representatives. This data serves as a valuable tool for assessing and guiding the performance of business personnel.
Through the accompanying mobile app, salespersons receive push notifications and easily track their progress toward targets. Individual sales targets are set, and data on actual work is collected to display achievement rates for over 7000 employees. Real-time updates on work completion status motivate salespersons, with badges awarded for exceeding targets, fostering a sense of achievement.
For management, the platform provides insights into salespersons' rankings and organizational performance. These rankings offer valuable insights into employee enthusiasm and product line progress. Take, for example, the Marketing Expense Execution Progress Tracking Report, now accessible via the mobile app with daily notifications. Permissions are tailored based on management and brand levels, with push notifications spanning group, brand, and expense types. This tracking encompasses diverse indicators like sales progress, annual budget, and approval progress, offering real-time data updates. Each management level can monitor expense approval and sales progress, compare trends, detect anomalies, forecast risks, and elevate operational management.
